I love it when a new time period starts. I know I can start my day over anytime but there is something about waking up fresh, the day being Monday, and turning the page on the calendar.
September is symbolic of a few things for me – school starting, the end of the year coming, and time to bring in the harvest. Even though I’m not enrolled in a traditional school and I’m definitely not a farmer I adapt these symbolic activities to my life. I take time to take stalk of where I am, what I want, and to enjoy the fruits of my labors so far.
I invite you to join me along the way. Throughout this month I’ll be conducting several activities to take a look at and possibly improve the state of our sexual health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

TurnOn is an event where open-minded and fun people gather together to have honest conversations about relationship, sex, and intimacy.
It’s a comfortable environment where you get to have slightly uncomfortable conversations. It’s exciting, energizing, and playful!
We also get to experience a practice called Orgasmic Meditation, otherwise known as OM.
