Intro To Mindful Masturbation

May is Masturbation Awareness Month and in observance of that we can bring our masturbation to a whole new level.

Mindful Masturbation Guided Group Practice

Attendance at an intro lecture is required before you attend a group practice.

This optional and if you attend the lecture you are in no way obligated to staying for the practice.

Please bring your own towel, wash cloth, lube and whatever else you like to have for your self pleasure sessions.

We will sit nude on the floor in a circle.

I will set a meditation timer for 30 minutes with a 10 minute and a 5 minute warning.  During that 30 minutes it is our time to go deep into ourselves and our personal experience of self pleasure as a group.

*There is no need for any performance.
*Seeing and being seen is good and healthy.
*No discussion is necessary.
*Energetic interaction is fine as we only touch ourselves and pleasure ourselves.

Afterward we will share and review our experiences as a group.

Attendees will pack up and go home:)

May Is National Masturbation Awareness Month


For all the fun stuff I do and teach (kink, fetish, sensual massage, etc.) the thing that has made me an infinitely better lover is knowing how to please myself.

I have been masturbating since I was about ten years old.  In February of 2012 I did a month of daily masturbation meditation – guided masturbation for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.

It was incredible!  Through that experience I was able to

  • re-sensitize my genitals
  • experiment with anal stimulation
  • identify deeper more subtle orgasms in my body
  • communicate much more clearly with my lovers about how to touch me
  • come to terms with my body image issues
  • increase my productivity in my business
  • be more in tune with my body and the universe in general

My husband did a similar practice using the book “The Multi-Orgasmic Man”.  He went from suffering from premature ejaculation issues (and all the frustration that goes with that issue) to:

  • choosing when he wanted his final climax
  • experiencing mulitple orgasms
  • having a bigger dick (no joke!)
  • feeling a lot more confidence
  • being totally satisfied after sex instead of dissapointed/frustrated/embarrassed
  • enjoying the lovemaking experience from beginning to instead of being preoccupied with when he was going to ejaculate
