How to Give Yourself a Deeper Enema

How to Give Yourself a Deeper Enema

Have you ever wondered how to do a really deep clean inside for anal play?

In this article, I’m going to talk about one way to do a deeper or higher enema.

There’s a lot of controversy around high enemas, whether they’re really necessary and whether they’re good for you or bad for you.

What I have to say is that I like to do it when I’m going to be with one of my partners because they’re very specific. They have a very sensitive nose, and they don’t want any waste or mess because it totally turns them off and puts them out of the mood.

So, I have to do more than the basic little Fleet enema. I want to clean out anything that might come out in the next couple of hours.

This is how I figured out how to do it. I’m sure other people have other ways, maybe even better ways.

Using a Shower Hose for a Deeper Enema

In my original video, we’re here in the bathroom, and I’m showing you the showerhead I used.

I have this type of shower at home, with a detachable showerhead. I unscrew the showerhead, being careful not to lose the little washer inside.

The first thing I paid attention to was the water temperature. I wanted it lukewarm, not cold enough to make my muscles contract and not hot enough to burn sensitive tissue.

I also paid attention to the water pressure. I wanted a steady flow rather than hard pressure.

In the video, I explain how I used the water from the hose and controlled the flow with my anus.

I would allow water in until I felt the need to evacuate, then release it.

Personally, I prefer getting out and using the toilet. I know other people who prefer to release the water directly into the bathtub and wash it down the drain.

I would repeat this process until what came out appeared clear.

Safety note: This describes what I demonstrated in my original video, not a recommended procedure. Shower hoses can deliver unpredictable pressure and volumes of water, potentially causing rectal injury. Repeated or high-volume enemas can also cause irritation and fluid or electrolyte problems.

Understanding the Rectum and Large Intestine

Just past the anus is the rectum. The rectum is what holds fecal matter right before it comes out of the anus.

Beyond the rectum, the digestive tract continues into the large intestine.

In the video, I point to my abdomen to show where the large intestine travels around the body.

The large intestine goes up one side of the abdomen, across the top, and down the other side.

When you’re preparing for anal play, it’s helpful to understand that the rectum and the rest of the large intestine are different areas.

The Difference Between a Basic Enema and a Higher Enema

When you do a basic Fleet enema, like I discussed in my other video, you’re primarily working with the rectum.

In my experience, I would rinse several times until the water appeared clear.

For extended play, or when I was with my particularly sensitive partner, I wanted to clean higher into the large intestine.

My thinking was that whatever was farther up could be stimulated to come down and be passed out before we started playing.

That’s why I experimented with deeper cleaning.

Allowing Time After a Deeper Enema

Once the water started coming out clear, I would do a couple of things.

First, I would wait.

Of course, when water goes farther up into the intestine, it might take time to work its way back down.

I also liked to play with myself.

For me, this could be a very pleasurable process because I enjoy anal stimulation.

I would move my body, explore the sensations, and pay attention to whether there was still water that wanted to come out.

I wanted to feel confident that I was finished before getting together with my partner.

Checking Your Preparation Before Anal Play

Once I thought I was done, I liked to check with a toy.

I would play with it and see how my body responded.

In my original video, I also talked about squatting and bearing down to help release water that hadn’t come out yet.

Another thing I experimented with was using a soapy finger internally to feel the pelvic floor muscles working.

I noticed that sometimes water seemed to collect toward the tailbone side, and stimulating the area appeared to help it come out.

Safety note: Soap should not be inserted into the rectum because it can irritate or damage the lining. External cleaning with mild soap and water is different from internal cleaning.

Preparing for an Amazing Anal Experience

I know this might seem like a lot of preparation, but for me, it was about getting ready for an intense, amazing anal experience.

I enjoyed exploring my body and discovering what worked for me.

Everyone has different preferences when it comes to cleanliness, comfort, and anal play.

You don’t have to do a deeper enema to enjoy anal sex. In fact, deeper cleaning is generally unnecessary and carries additional risks. But understanding your body, communicating with your partner, and knowing your own preferences are all important parts of preparing for a pleasurable experience.
