Over the years, I’ve learned to listen more closely to my inner being. Sometimes wisdom comes through meditation, reflection, personal experiences, or those sudden moments of clarity I like to call “downloads.”
These are some of the truths and reminders I’ve collected along my journey. They reflect what I’ve learned about relationships, self-worth, desire, personal growth, and the importance of developing a loving relationship with myself.
I share them in case something here resonates with you or helps you see your own experiences in a new way.
Inner Being Wisdom About Relationships and Self-Worth
- Someone will either be interested in you or they won’t. The best thing you can do is be yourself as fully as possible. Who you’re with and what you’re doing matter less than whether you’re being true to yourself.
- Learn to give yourself the attention and adoration you desire.
- Develop your relationship with your inner being, which can be an endless source of love, attention, and adoration.
- All relationships take practice, including the one with your own inner being. Give yourself the time and space to develop that connection, and allow for the natural ebb and flow.
- The only permanent thing in life is change. People, places, and things come into our lives for different reasons. Sometimes we’re here to care for them, sometimes to learn from them, and sometimes simply to experience them. Ultimately, they don’t really belong to us.
- No one else can convince you of your worth if you don’t recognize it within yourself. If you feel someone is “settling” for you, take a look at where you might be settling in your own life. Use that feeling as a mirror to explore your relationship with yourself.
- Instead of fearing that “no one will ever make me feel the way they did,” use that experience as evidence of what’s possible. You’ve experienced those feelings before, and you can experience them again.

Inner Being Wisdom About Awareness and Personal Growth
- Whatever happens, trust that you can find a way through it. Sometimes you’ll handle things with more grace than others, and that’s okay. You don’t have to navigate every experience perfectly to trust yourself to figure things out.
- Noticing that something feels wrong or unsatisfying is the first step toward making a change. Gold star! ⭐ Celebrate the noticing. Awareness itself is progress, even before you know what to do about it.
- Be willing to be vulnerable. When asking for what you want or communicating your boundaries, practice being open and honest about your feelings and needs. Vulnerability and transparency can create opportunities for deeper connection and understanding.
- Focus on feeling good, raising your vibration, and connecting with the power of the present moment. Even when life is difficult, you can look for moments of pleasure, peace, and appreciation. Those moments can remind you that there is still goodness available to experience.
- Worry is like a prayer for what you don’t want. When you notice yourself worrying, practice relaxing and releasing those thoughts instead of getting caught up in them.
Notice. Witness. Relax. Release.
Repeat as often as you need.
Learning to Love Your Shadow and Your Thoughts
- Identify your shortcomings, character flaws, and the parts of yourself you consider your shadow. Instead of judging or rejecting those parts, get curious about them and learn to love them.
Play with them. Ask them what they need. See what happens when you approach those parts of yourself with compassion instead of shame.
- Practice becoming the witness to your thoughts. Notice when habitual thinking patterns take over, without judging yourself for having them.
Instead of getting caught up in every thought, practice observing it, releasing judgment, and returning to the present moment.
- Know that with practice, you can learn to stay connected to your pleasure and orgasmic energy, even during challenging experiences. You don’t have to feel good every moment to maintain that connection with yourself.
Let go of old habits that no longer serve you. Notice old fears for what they are: old programs running in the background that you can begin to recognize and change.

Remembering Your Personal Power and Making Conscious Choices
- Remember your magic and your ability to choose who you want to be. Surround yourself with reminders of your personal power. Post affirmations or encouraging messages around your space if they help you remember.
- Remember that you get to decide what your experiences mean to you. Even when you can’t control what happens, you can choose how you interpret it and look for meaning that supports your growth and happiness.
- Once you become aware of how you’re treating yourself, you can begin making different choices. Pay attention to your thoughts, notice when you’re judging yourself, and practice releasing that judgment.
Make conscious choices to do kind and loving things for yourself and others.
Treat your relationship with yourself as you would any other important relationship. It deserves your time, attention, and energy. Give it room to grow, and allow for the natural ebb and flow.
- Decide to recognize the choices you have in your life. Your actions and decisions influence your experiences, so begin noticing what you’re choosing, both consciously and unconsciously.
I believe that sometimes what we have in our lives reflects desires or beliefs we aren’t consciously aware of. If you’re experiencing something you don’t consciously want, get curious about whether another part of you is getting something from that experience.
When you discover that part of yourself, don’t judge it. Love on it. Get curious about what it’s trying to accomplish, and appreciate the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply.
