Female Ejaculation, Squirting, and Exploring Your Pleasure

Female ejaculation, squirting, orgasms, and pleasure are fascinating topics, and there’s still so much to explore.

I believe women can learn to develop greater awareness and control of their pelvic floor muscles and explore their potential for squirting. Some women discover this ability through practice, while others may not experience it.

But here’s what I really want you to understand: Squirting is not necessary for incredible pleasure. You can have deeply satisfying sexual experiences and powerful orgasms without ever squirting.

In the video below, I share my experiences with self-pleasure, pleasure mapping, and discovering what’s possible when we give ourselves time to explore.

Make Time to Explore Your Own Pleasure

One of the best ways to explore your pleasure is through a regular self-pleasure practice.

In my experience, many women don’t prioritize their sexual pleasure as much as they could. I’ve known men who have developed elaborate self-pleasure practices, sometimes spending hours exploring arousal and edging. But many women approach masturbation primarily as a way to release tension or reach orgasm quickly.

There’s nothing wrong with that! But there’s so much more available when we give ourselves time to explore pleasure without rushing toward a particular outcome.

Create a Self-Pleasure Ritual

Start by creating time and space where you can enjoy some privacy without interruptions.

I love making a ritual out of self-pleasure. Light a candle, bring in some flowers, or put on music that makes you feel good.

When I started doing this, I noticed how much more engaged and present I became. I would dance with myself in the mirror by candlelight, stroke my body with a rose, and slowly massage lotion or oil into my skin.

These simple practices helped me connect with my body and enjoy the experience instead of focusing only on reaching orgasm.

Slow Down and Enjoy the Experience

Sometimes I’m so focused on getting turned on and having an orgasm that I rush through the experience just so I can go to sleep or move on to the next thing.

But when I started giving myself longer periods of time for self-pleasure, I discovered how much more there was to enjoy. Instead of focusing only on climax, I could slow down, explore different sensations, and really learn what feels good to my body.

Discover New Sensations Through Pleasure Mapping

One of my favorite things to teach is pleasure mapping, which is the practice of exploring your body to discover what kinds of touch and sensations feel good.

Something fascinating happens as your arousal changes. A touch that feels neutral when you’re relaxed might feel incredibly pleasurable when you’re highly aroused. The amount of pressure, speed, and type of stimulation you enjoy may change, too.

By taking your time and exploring your body at different levels of arousal, you can discover sensations and pleasurable areas you might never have noticed before.

Try a One-Hour Self-Pleasure Practice

Give yourself an hour to explore your pleasure without rushing.

I like to begin with a warm bath or shower. After drying off, I massage oil or lotion into my skin, light a candle, and begin touching myself in ways that feel good.

As I become more aroused, I might use lubricant and explore pussy massage or anal massage, depending on what my body is craving.

The important thing is to give yourself permission to enjoy the experience without feeling pressured to reach orgasm.

Explore Edging and Orgasmic Energy

Sometimes I create a one-hour self-pleasure session specifically to explore edging, which is the practice of approaching orgasm without immediately allowing yourself to climax.

I set a timer for 45 minutes and spend that time building my arousal. Then, for the final 15 minutes, I practice edging.

It’s been freaking amazing! I’ve learned to play with my orgasmic energy in ways I hadn’t experienced before. I can feel that energy rolling up and down my body. When my arousal starts to fade, I give myself more stimulation to bring it back up.

This practice has helped me become more familiar with my body’s responses and discover how much pleasure I can experience without rushing toward orgasm.

How Self-Pleasure Can Improve Partnered Sex

One of the wonderful benefits of exploring my own pleasure is how much it has improved my experiences with partners.

As I discover new pleasurable spots inside my body, I’m better able to show my lovers what feels good. It’s been super powerful!

I’ve learned how to reach that orgasmic zone more easily, stay there longer, and experience more pleasure, whether I’m enjoying myself alone or sharing the experience with a partner.

The better I understand my own body, the easier it becomes to communicate my desires and invite my partners into that experience.

Pleasure Is About More Than Squirting

Whether you’re curious about female ejaculation, squirting, stronger orgasms, or simply experiencing more pleasure, I encourage you to approach your body with curiosity rather than expectations.

I believe there’s so much we can discover through self-exploration, practice, and learning to recognize our body’s responses.

You might discover new sensations, experience different kinds of orgasms, or develop a deeper connection with your own desire.

And remember, you don’t have to squirt to have an incredible sexual experience. Your pleasure is valuable exactly as it is.
