What Is Delayed Ejaculation?
Delayed ejaculation is also known as impaired ejaculation. This happens when ejaculation takes longer than you would like and causes frustration.
You may also get tired or sore from sex or masturbation before you ejaculate.
Sometimes your partner becomes frustrated because you haven’t cum yet. They may also feel tired or sore.
What Causes Delayed Ejaculation?
Many factors can contribute to delayed ejaculation. These include both physical and mental factors.
For example, physical health conditions, medications, stress, anxiety, and learned sexual habits can all play a role.
Because several factors can contribute, a healthcare professional can help identify possible medical causes. This is especially helpful if the problem is new or has changed over time.
How Sex Coaching Can Help With Delayed Ejaculation
My approach is to review your sex history together. During this process, we uncover beliefs and thoughts that might be affecting you.
Optionally, I witness your masturbation practice. This can help release shame and show me where you might make changes in your physical practice.
In addition, developing greater awareness of your body and sensations can be helpful. You can explore this through a mindfulness practice.
My goal is to help you experience more pleasure from your body. I also want to help you improve your confidence and experience deeper satisfaction through our work together.
